Petitioning against Zero Hours contracts.

Martin Jevon, Yeovil Labour Prospective Parliamentary Candidate, today joined the growing number of people who have signed an online petition campaigning against imposed zero hours contracts in South Somerset and Dorset.

“Zero Hours contracts’ are unfair on employees” said Martin “People on this type of contract have no guarantee of work or income. The Tory Lib Dem government has weakened employee rights, and this benefits no one. Labour has already pledged to change employment regulations to give zero hours workers better rights”.
