Labour leader Ed Milliband on a recent visit to the South West “On Thursday people across the country have a choice to make about who runs their services.”

Labour Leader Ed Miliband has urged the people of Somerset to deliver a resounding rejection of the Tory-led Government’s policies, which are being implemented at a local level by the Conservative controlled county council.

Mr Miliband said;

‘On Thursday people across the country have a choice to make about who runs their services. I think it is incredibly important to elect Labour councillors who understand the tough times people are facing. In Somerset, more and more people are turning away from the Tories and their Liberal Democrat partners and recognise that my message of One Nation Labour is reflecting their priorities’.
